Other duties may be assigned.<\/p>\n<ul class=\"fa-ul\">\n    <li><i class=\"fa fa-angle-double-right fa fa-li accent\"><\/i>Complete assigned tickets in a timely and efficient manner.<\/li>\n    <li><i class=\"fa fa-angle-double-right fa fa-li accent\"><\/i>Create, document, and update all work on assigned tickets in the client management software.<\/li>\n    <li><i class=\"fa fa-angle-double-right fa fa-li accent\"><\/i>Perform on-call duties and follow designated procedures when assigned to the support rotation.<\/li>\n    <li><i class=\"fa fa-angle-double-right fa fa-li accent\"><\/i>Maintain antivirus solutions to include checking alerts, cleaning computers, and installation.<\/li>\n    <li><i class=\"fa fa-angle-double-right fa fa-li accent\"><\/i>Ensure automated patching for managed servers and workstations are executed in a timely and efficient manner.<\/li>\n    <li><i class=\"fa fa-angle-double-right fa fa-li accent\"><\/i>Perform preventative maintenance routines on managed network devices such as servers, workstations and firewalls and remediate as appropriate.<\/li>\n    <li><i class=\"fa fa-angle-double-right fa fa-li accent\"><\/i>Monitor NOC email folder for alerts and create new tickets as appropriate.<\/li>\n    <li><i class=\"fa fa-angle-double-right fa fa-li accent\"><\/i>Creation and maintenance of client network diagrams.<\/li>\n    <li><i class=\"fa fa-angle-double-right fa fa-li accent\"><\/i>Assist in information gathering and triaging of new client tickets.<\/li>\n    <li><i class=\"fa fa-angle-double-right fa fa-li accent\"><\/i>Perform resolution activities within established procedures and escalate service ticket as appropriate.<\/li>\n    <li><i class=\"fa fa-angle-double-right fa fa-li accent\"><\/i>Implement Active Directory account and password changes.<\/li>\n    <li><i class=\"fa fa-angle-double-right fa fa-li accent\"><\/i>Install printers and troubleshoot printing environments.<\/li>\n    <li><i class=\"fa fa-angle-double-right fa fa-li accent\"><\/i>Monitor, troubleshoot and maintain server backup solutions.<\/li>\n    <li><i class=\"fa fa-angle-double-right fa fa-li accent\"><\/i>Support and troubleshoot desktop issues.<\/li>\n    <li><i class=\"fa fa-angle-double-right fa fa-li accent\"><\/i>Perform initial configuration of new workstations and servers.<\/li>\n    <li><i class=\"fa fa-angle-double-right fa fa-li accent\"><\/i>Troubleshoot network connectivity issues both wired and wireless.<\/li>\n    <li><i class=\"fa fa-angle-double-right fa fa-li accent\"><\/i>Provide assistance with remote capabilities for clients.<\/li>\n    <li><i class=\"fa fa-angle-double-right fa fa-li accent\"><\/i>Virus and malware remediation and monitoring.<\/li>\n    <li><i class=\"fa fa-angle-double-right fa fa-li accent\"><\/i>Perform Help Desk I Technician portion of the Onboarding and Offboarding checklists for new or former clients.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>ADDITIONAL POSITION REQUIREMENTS <\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul class=\"fa-ul\">\n    <li><i class=\"fa fa-angle-double-right fa fa-li accent\"><\/i>Perform routine cleanup of the tech bench and workspace.<\/li>\n    <li><i class=\"fa fa-angle-double-right fa fa-li accent\"><\/i>Respond to customer inquiries and requests.<\/li>\n    <li><i class=\"fa fa-angle-double-right fa fa-li accent\"><\/i>Track, document, and submit time and expense reports.<\/li>\n    <li><i class=\"fa fa-angle-double-right fa fa-li accent\"><\/i>Carry out duties in
